Sky Ripper Systems believes first and most importantly that rocketry should be, and is, fun!  We also believe that hybrid rocket propulsion should be reliable, cost effective, and intuitive so that maximum fun can be achieved with minimum frustration.   We firmly believe that fewer parts are better than more parts, that simple is better than complicated, and to that end the engineering goal of Sky Ripper Systems is to design dynamic systems that provide the most practical use from the fewest possible number of components.   We also are committed to growing the number of rocketeers involved in hybrid rocketry.  It is not our intent to battle with other hybrid rocket motor manufacturers over a small segment of hybrid centered rocketeers, but rather it is our mission to promote the value, reliability and ease of hybrid rocketry in such a way that will allow all rocketeers to think of hybrids as an equal to solids rather than just a lesser alternative.  This will, we believe, have the effect of creating new hybrid customers from the thousands of rocketeers who already enjoy this hobby.
